Lovely staff that are always happy to help you out. The DIY pet wash is super easy to use and is cheap, The only thing is it’s a 10 minute wash so you don’t get time to dry your pet completely although they are happy to put another 10 minutes extra for free to finish drying them off☺️

No name on my receipt but I think it was Gab. Thorough knowledge of dog harnesses. Excellent customer service skills. Then went above and beyond to get me out of a difficult situation outside the store. I am so grateful.

Fantastic groomers at a great price. The two young ladies who are the groomers were absolutely wonderful with my best mate. Barney is a kelpie who has a phobia of water and hates his paws being touched. They treated him with sensitivity, well he is 12 , an old man, and did a great job. His coat is actually shiny for the first time in a long time. Cannot recommend them more highly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars Had a great experience at Petbarn Belconnen today! I was helped by a lovely staff member named Bree, who went above and beyond to assist us. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure we got exactly what we needed. It made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. Thanks again, Bree – we’ll definitely be back!

Lots of stock for your wonderful pets, no matter what your pet maybe. Staff are happy to help you out when looking for something or advise you with what you may need. They have dog wash rooms for you to use. They also have a pet clipping service, you need to book into this service through the website.

We took our dog for her first groom at Petstock recently. The groomer was lovely and explained how they work. It’s easily the best grooming she’s ever had. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend the service!

Highly knowledgeable team. Would recommend this place as the place to go for assistance with pets of all sorts. The management team go out of their way to be helpful. All the staff are extremely polite and helpful.

Omg BEST groomer I’ve EVER been to!!!! Hands down! She was very careful and considerate With my Six month olds Puppy’s first groom! Not only did she really pay great attention to detail of what I specifically wanted, She was Extremely gentle, Careful and considerate In the fact that it was my my yorkies first groom, And I asked her, please do not push anything if she starts freaking out because I wanted her to associate the groomers with a positive experience and she did exactly that!!! Super gentle and my puppy loves her!! When I saw what a great job she did I got my other two yorkies done And she again did a fantastic job Around their faces and ears Because I know how particular I am with faces it can be a real hit or miss. But no - she blew my expectations out of the park yet again!! best haircut my yorkies have ever had ! Especially cause one I just wanted to keep the length land all I wanted was the hair out his eyes and keep the length becaue he is a show dog - this can sometimes be terrible but no she blended it perfectly better than any groomer has! Outstanding 20/10 she is a hidden gem of Canberra. I’ve been to almost every groomer in Canberra hands down best groomer I’ve ever been to!!! Highly recommend 💖💖💖💖
